Cancellation policy

Please get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding cancellations. Restnz requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking. For cancellations or rescheduling of less than 12 hours prior to the original appointment 100% of the Floatation cost or voucher will be charged. If something unexpected happens, please send someone else on your behalf for the Float should you be unable to attend the appointment. Your payment will be credited for another Float, should you cancel outside the 24hour minimum notice period. 

Liability

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Rest float spa will not be liable for any:

  1. Warranties, conditions and representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the Website, your use of the Website and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through the Website; and

  2. Liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage), costs and expenses suffered by you or claims made against you arising from or in connection with your use of the Website and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through this Website for any reason whatsoever (including negligence). 


3. Any loss of voucher or product purchased from Restnz is the responsibility  of the customer.

Restnz reserve the right to deny any replacement.
